Combining Hitachi technology with nationwide maintenance support for 75,000 elevators, Hitachi Yungtay Elevator delivers reliable and hassle-free solutions for aging elevator upgrades.
As buildings across Taiwan continue to age, elevators that have been in service for more than 15 years may experience a range of issues, including the deterioration of electrical components, discontinued parts, operational vibrations, and uneven leveling at floor landings（Figure 1）.
As one of the most frequently used shared facilities in residential communities—and one closely associated with passenger safety—timely elevator modernization can help reduce the risk of equipment failures, improve ride comfort, and enhance the overall value of residential properties.
