2020 Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Corporate Social Responsibility Unit

Our company established a CSR management committee in 2020, with the general manager as the chairman and the corporate governance department as the executive secretary. The relevant business departments set up a CSR group, which is divided into five thematic groups including social co-prosperity, risk management, corporate governance, green operation and talent sustainability. We integrate corporate social responsibility into the company’s business strategy via a purposeful, systematic and organized way to deeply develop in a long term so as to fulfill corporate social responsibility.

Risk assessment

Based on the principle of materiality of corporate social responsibility, the company conducts high, medium and low intensity analysis to identify its importance in terms of two perspectives, including the degree of issue concern of stakeholders and the degree of impact on the company’s operations. After being identified by the CSR committee members’ questionnaires, there are 8 major issues and 12 minor issues. Based on the results, we will write reports on 8 major issues and future target management, and will continue to communicate with stakeholders in the future, and strive to maintain good interaction and sustainable business cooperation with stakeholders.
