Hitachi Yungtay Elevator adheres to its core value of “safety and peace of mind first” while extending its care to employees’ health and daily lives. The company is committed to building a people-oriented workplace by continuously introducing comprehensive benefits and wellness initiatives that foster employee well-being and happiness.
This year, the company’s Welfare Committee held a Family Day at the Taipei Dome, inviting employees to enjoy quality time with their families. Coinciding with the launch of the Taipei Dome, Hitachi Yungtay also launched its first advertisement at the venue, which became a highlight of the event. All the participants enjoyed a CPBL regular-season game in a lively atmosphere. The Welfare Committee also prepared snacks, which further enhanced the experience, creating memorable moments for all participants. One employee shared: “It was a rare opportunity to bring my children to the Taipei Dome. I was truly touched by the company’s effort.” Another added: “Our work is often busy, but being able to participate with my family not only provided relaxation but also showed how much the company values our personal lives.”
Approximately 600 participants attended the event, which received a very positive response. The company logo was displayed on the big screen, surprising employees and sparking suggestions to hold future Family Days in conjunction with more sports events.
Recognizing the close link between sports and health, Hitachi Yungtay also promotes employee health. In 2025, the company held seven health seminars with 181 attendees, conducted seven rounds of “Mood Thermometer” surveys with nearly 1,000 responses, and provided over 2,000 employees with health check-ups. Other activities like weight-loss challenges, fitness tests, blood donation, and vaccinations drew nearly 1,000 active participants, reflecting the company’s comprehensive approach to both physical and mental health.
The company also continues to expand employee benefits. In addition to traditional subsidies for weddings, funerals, emergencies, and major holidays, new programs include maternity incentives, travel subsidies, and birthday vouchers. Moreover, the innovative “1-on-1 nurse consultation via LINE@” service was launched to provide employees with immediate access to professional healthcare advice and psychological support.
These efforts not only respond to employee needs but also reflect the our ESG commitments. From employee health and workplace equality to economic growth, we show our commitment to employee rights, well-being, and inclusiveness.
