Important Events
◎ We introduced the Japanese HBS functional management education system to formulate education and training courses for different levels of functions. We develop and manage functions from basic level to advising level to fortify multi-functionalization and cultivation of overseas technical talents.
◎ The HYE Skills Olympic competition was held, emulating the spirit of HBS Skills Olympic competition, to improve the skills of all staff members.
◎ HYE formulated ISO education and training measures, covering pre-employment, functional, management and project training. The ISO education system has been in place since July 1994.
◎ All employees completed the functional verification, and individual training needs were identified by the functional level.
