In order to protect the voting rights of shareholders’, the company will not add, delete nor change the candidate list proposed by the board of directors in the “Director Re-election” of the regular shareholders’ meeting in 2018 this year.

And to implement “shareholder activism” and strengthen corporate governance, the company plans to fully implement the “Nomination System for Candidates” after the adoption of the “Articles of incorporation amendment motion” in the 2019 regular shareholders’ meeting.
